Clinician's Pain Vital Sign Tool Kit

Four durable, easy-to-use guides are included in each "Clinician's Pain Vital Sign Tool Kit." The clinician's tools are laminated and sized to fit into a pocket or bag. Each is designed to be used interactively with patients and their families to measure pain on a regularly scheduled basis. The objective is to help improve the way clinicians assess, record, communicate, and plan for the treatment of pain as the "fifth vital sign" along with blood pressure, pluse, respirations, and temperature.
